SHIPPING INFORMATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY

SHIPPING CAN TAKE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PRODUCTS TO ARRIVE. 

3-4 Weeks For Custom Pieces & All Pre-Orders

ITEMS ARE SHIPPED TWICE A WEEK ON WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY.

Exchanges by mail are only accepted for equal or lesser valued priced items, defective, or wrong item(s).

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service immediately at famuchiwear@gmail.com.
  • Once the exchangeable, incorrect, or damaged item is received, you will receive an email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status.

Shipping

  • We provide prepaid return labels for orders over $50. Please write us at famuchiwear@gmail.comwith your order number for more information.  
  • We are not responsible for items lost in the mail so please track and insure your package as you see fit.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred with exchange items.

Terms and Conditions

  • Exchanges will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your package.
  • We inspect all Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse an Exchange based on the returned condition.
